Meet The Team

Bill Kinmonth

Bill has more than twenty-five years’ experience of working as a recruiter and has worked on retained and search & selection assignments in this time. He worked for a manufacturing company in the Thames Valley before deciding to change industry and for the next ten plus years worked in the Financial Services Industry. He was then approached to set up a financial services recruitment arm to complement the service offering of a general insurance/marine recruiter based in the City of London which led to building a whole division over the next few years.

  • 5 years recruitment experience within the Financial Services Industry and then Pharmaceutical/ Life Science Industries.
  • 4 years recruiting and operations manager within the Rail Engineering Industry.
  • 17 years running a generalist recruitment company, mainly working in Engineering, Accountancy, Marketing, Manufacturing, Technology and Construction.

I believe in giving true good value service to the organisations I have worked for over many years. I will always want to understand the type of person, with what specific skills will fit the company before I speak with my candidates. To gather this information, I like to meet with my clients and gain a good understanding of their culture.

Personally, my passions are my family, my cycling and running and very importantly my voluntary work for the Samaritans where I have been a listening volunteer for over three years now.
